Dr. Katarina Chiller was born in Cameroun, West Africa, and grew up in French Guyana, South America, with her French father and an American mother.  Dr. Chiller is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.

Dr. Chiller arrived in the United States during her teenage years and has lived in several places of the US, including Florida, New York, and California.  She now resides in Georgia with her husband Dr. Tom Chiller, an infectious disease doctor who works for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  She has two young daughters and a baby boy.  Dr. Chiller loves gardening and enjoys running, especially running with her dogs.
